Most carp anglers nowadays fish with the popular lead clip system. First of all, it is a very convenient system because you can easily remove your lead. This is ideal if you want to attach a heavier or lighter lead weight, or if you want to remove the lead completely during transport so you don't damage your rods. When the lead is pinched, only the lead comes off. If this happens during the drill, you will not lose a carp. The lead clips and tail rubbers (to secure the line) are well camouflaged with their transparent brown color.
