Of course, our strengthened D-Hinges allow you to separate the pans and have the option of a smooth or griddle pan cooking surface. The system is also extremely portable with removable handles that feature our super tough and secure T-Lock attachment system which is low profile and allows the pan set to be easily stored in a compact cook kit.
