The second pan can be used as a lid which really opens up your options for cooking various dishes in a quick, clean and efficient manner.Deep fill toasted sandwiches are also no problem and you are only limited by your imagination. Of course, our strengthened D-Hinges allow you to separate the pans and have the option of a smooth or griddle pan cooking surface. The system is also extremely portable with removable handles that feature our super tough and secure T-Lock attachment system which is low profile and allows the pan set to be easily stored in a compact cook kit.
